Rooms are clean and the balcony was a nice touch (I was on the 3rd floor), but the front desk staff wasn't helpful at all. They seemingly offered me no answers to any of my questions and didn't seem interested in my concerns. As long as you don't have to talk to the front desk people, then this is a good place to stay.
