The motel met our expectations. It was a decent and comfortable mid-range motel. Nothing fancy. They claim to be the best rated in Sonora and I don't doubt that.

Unlike most hotels, the jacuzzi was was hot. Yippee!

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Although it was a busy weekend the staff went out of their way to accomadate my need for a ground floor room. The front desk staff seemed very knowledgeable about the area which I appreciated as I often get lost. The room was comforatable and clean.

I travel a great deal with my job and monthly in Sonora at the best Western. I fell like the front desk staff think they are doing me a favor to rent me a room. There was an issue this month as the room charges were more than normal. When I spoke to the manager Chris Link he was absolutely rude. That will be my last stay at this hotel. (the houskeeping staff is great)
