Give this one a miss. The toilet overflowed, and I got nothing but *attitude* when I reported the problem, in a hurry and needing to go to a meeting that morning. I even had to insist on a measly 15 percent refund and got attitude on that too.

This hotel was well worth the money. We booked this a month ago and were very suprised as the location was great and the area was decent! Lot's of shopping nearby and the city was plesant! My rate was average, but the service provided at both the hotel and Denny's next to the hotel was GREAT!!

I HAD NO CLOTHING ETC. AS THEY MISSPLACED MY BAGS AT THE AIRPORT. THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY GOOD IN GETTING ME INFORMATION FOR THAT AND ALSO DIRECTING ME TO AREAS IN WHICH I NEEDED TO GO. THEY ALSO CANCELLED THE OTHER HOTEL I NEEDED TO STAY AT AS I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE HERE AT THIS HOTEL. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AND I COMMEND THE STAFF!

NOTHING really it was a very relaxing place to be at. we would love to go back soon to relax and have fun in the pool.

We were very happy with our stay. We found the hotel seaching on yahoo.com. Great location and people with nearby shops and restuarants made it pleasant for my kids!!

The room ratre was great! The rooms were newly renovated! The staff was nice! Plenty of parking for my family! Convinient location! Shopping nearby! What more can you ask for?

This hotel has been recently renovated. Convient to the 91 fwy and centrally located between both Los Angeles and Orange County. Includes a FREE Deluxe continental breakfast and a Dennys located on the property. Rooms have been renovated and the staff are accommodating. A good value for the price and product.
