upped my room to 2 queen beds when they noticed I had my granddaughter with me no extra charge, room was always clean and fresh, had a problem with the refrigerator and they were on the phone before I left the service desk, staff were friendly and nice breakfast. My daughter lives up the street so was within walking distance, I will be staying there again. Lu German Southern Ca.

We went here as a Red Hat group and had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious. The facility is very clean and quiet, and having an indoor hall with an elevator is a huge plus. I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was affordable, spacious and most of all clean. The staff was helpful and nice, and breakfast was enjoyable. The location was great. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at in Monterey. The only think I want to mention is if you want Aquarium tickets, which the front desk sells, they only take cash.

We arrived on a Thursday. Left on Saturday. Room was Fantastic. The people that worked there were very helpful and so nice. Continental breakfast was good also. We would definitely stay there again.

We were initially supposed to stay at a different hotel and read awful reviews. We cancelled the reservation and found this gem by accident. It's right on the ocean, has a heated pool and beautiful views. It was perfect!!! Our hairdryer broke and the bathroom accidentally got locked shut. They sent someone up within 10 minutes to fix it. ...

Nice hotel. Very clean and they gave a great complimentary continental breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location not bad either. Good value - nice place for the money.
