I called to cancel my reservation and I was told I did not have one. I later found a charge on my credit card for $296.97 for a room I did not use. I called to complain about it and was told it was a busy weekend and noone would have told me I didn't have a reservation. When in fact I called every hotel in Three Rivers. I do not trust these people, I was taken advantage of during a time I could not come to Three Rivers.

There was a good feeling from the owner at first. 1. Service- the Front desk personnel were outstanding. Always smiling and helpful. Brenda was always available to help as were the managers, Mr and Mrs Hossain. Hospitality and servce rates a 10 out of 10.

Three of us going backpacking in Sequoia stayed there two nights - before and after the trip - and had a great experience! The manager is right there, very welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful - a family atmosphere. Everyone seemed very efficient, friendly, helpful and especially well-mannered (rare!).

Its was a comfortable bed close to the park, none of the other motels in Three Rivers seemed much better. The building is very old and looks to be a fire trap. Don't stay more than 3 nights. The pool was nasty,but we enjoyed playing horse shoes in the lawn area. Vasila isn't that far away for resturants.

The hotel was a great stay for us. We had 4 people and stayed in a double. The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel also had horse shoes, basketball court, swing set, swimming pool and hot tub. Musty smell, filthy carpeting, overall dirty and rundown. Toilet non-functional. Management uncommunicative to rude.

The bed linens appeared clean, but not much else. A lot of sticky surfaces - yuck. The nearby parks are magnificent, but this motel was a real bummer. Next time I will inspect before I check in.

I was taken here off season and it was a perfect get away. I think we were the only ones staying during this time. It was very quiet and peaceful. A good retreat to get away from the hussle and bussle. I haven't been there during the on season though.

Just spent the weekend at the Best Western Holiday Lodge in Three Rivers, CA. What a peaceful, relaxing and a very enjoyable weekend.
