Great Place to StayLikes: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and straightened everyday. Wifi was good. Rooms were well insulated from light and sound. Location can't be beat. Close to Little Italy, Chinatown, Broadway, subway stops, and great restaurants

Awesome hotel - would return again.What's not to like? The rooms were clean and well appointed for their size. The front desk directed us to a great organic restaurant for lunch and a funky French cafe/bakery for breakfast. All within walking distance! Two Thumbs Up for Comfy!Believe it or not, at an average rate, this hotel is truly comfortable and clean. I've stayed at other hotels in NY before. The rooms were a bit on the small side, but it was easy commute to everything around. And the staff was friendly and nice.. Excellent location but not worth the price.My fiance and I stayed here on a Saturday night. After driving two and a half hours we arrived to find there were no parking services and were directed to a parking garage a few blocks away. Basic but ComfortableThis is one of those hotels that can offer you a good price by not having a lobby, bar, restaurant, etc. It feels a lot like just going home to your aparment with a doorman.
They do have luggage storage, and the desk service was very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced/OverratedPros: Location, Clean room and bathroom
Cons: Room is tiny! Staff unhelpful, no valet, no doorman, nightclub in basement so you can hear the loud techno music, room near elevator so you can hear it go up and down all night.

Noise next door kept me upNice location outside of Soho and Little Italy. Problem is that it is attached to a club/bar. Our bedroom looked into the back of the hotel over this bar. Saturday night and our room started to boom with the subwoofer from that bar.

My NYC Hotel pick from now on!!!This is a great hotel, with a great location at a great price!!! The location is convenient, within walking distance to food, shopping, and the subway.
The hotel was clean and the beds super comfortable. The best feature was the double shower head in the bathroom!!!
