Double billingWE have stayed here many times on our trips to the wine country/Healdsburg. We booked one reservation and then cancelled one when we decided not to go up at that time. The manager said it was booked twice and only cancelled once. I did not book twice. BW International, if it is not booked through them and directly with the hotel, will not ...0 of 1 Yahoo! I cant wait to go backAll the staff at the best western Dry Creek Inn are so nice and helpfull have great recomendations for wineries and restaurants. The rooms are nice and newly renovated, Very comfortable beds.OVERALL

A pleasant stay but nothing ouyt of the ordinaryWhile this was a clean hotel it is still an older place and could use a lot of improvement. I could hear a lot of the sounds from outside the room, the heat was hard to regulate and the water would get hotter and colder randomly as I tried to shower.
