    We have enjoyed two stays and plan to return as soon as possible. The employees were cheerful, eager to help and went out of their way to make our stay an exceptional one.
    We enjoyed their cook to order selections in the buffet.The decor is wonderful! Everything from the intersting art work to all the wood and beautiful floors. Where else ...

    I liked everything. The restaurants were perfect. Something for everyone. The casino is clean and pays well. The lazy river and swimming pool are nice as well as the golf course. The Spa was great with all personnel very helpful and friendly. Our room was outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful time.

    I just returned from a one night stay at the L'auberge. I love every minute! There's nothing not to love about this place really. Everyone on staff is so friendly and the casino floor is a miriad of beautiful decor and dinging bells. My boyfriend hit the jackpot on our now favorite slot machine and I didn't do so bad on the one next to ...

    The decor was very pretty in the lobby and etc. The buffet was less than average and pricey and the food service was just so-so.
    The housekeeping service was terrible. There was two families of us visiting and both had the same experiences. We stayed two nights and the second day our rooms were never touched by any cleaning people. Nobody ...

    The physical site is impressive, with a grand lodge-like interior and good use of wood, stone and finishes. The service was attentive, well-spoken and knowledgeable.   • A Message to Management

    What corporate planner designed a resort casino meant to attract Texans and neglected to include a poker room?

    The poker rooms on the old smelly boats in Lake Charles are loud and noxious.

    Kenner is an hour drive away.

    Take out that useless bar in the middle of the casino and expand it into a sports bar/poker room.

    You are dealing with Texans here. This ain't Vegas.
