the coffee was great but a bit to expensive for what we get and no rfills !!!? we have favorit shows on tv that we see every night,but you guys don't have univision or any spanish channels. whats up with that?

I loved the whole experience from the great restaurants, the wonderful pool, the friendly staff, my casino host, the games, loved it all !!!!!! I would reccomend thhis beautiful casino to everyone and can't wait to go back.

This place looks amazing from the outside and the inside as well. But, if you're coming here to gamble I advise to go somewhere else. Its really small and the slots are mostly penny slots and old three real slots. The tables are limited and always packed. The hotel is extremely over- priced for a casino hotel and the restaurants are also over-priced with very bad food. The best thing about this place is the golf course.

This place is the JACKPOT! I can give you 5 (five) reasons why:

#1 - The Staff! Every last one of them are awsome. They go out of their way to help you with a smile. I felt they were watching my back!

The Beds!!!!!!!!

The beds were so comfortable. My fiance' and I went eat dinner and returned to the room to take a nap. Our nap time was supposed to be over at 1:00a.m. it wasn't over until 8:30a.m. the next morning. Oh, how wonderful and alive we felt after sleeping in those comfortable BEDS.

The place was amazing. The casino was just like being on the strip in Vegas. I had a King non smoking and the room was great. I arrived late the first night, and ordered room service. The food arrived and it was hot! They included all the extras including tabasco. The place is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The golf course ...

No reservations whatsoever about suggesting this casino & hotel!
We were treated great...the staff are wonderful! The pool area is superb!
We even won at the casino!
The only negative experience...we had to leave! (& had to pay for the internet access..but it was only $9.99 for 24 hours).
Truly a 5 star hotel in Lake Charles...but ...
