As the add clearly shows, the rental rate is $30. When I called to reserve a room, I was informed that rooms were $47 single and $57 double. I will glad pay these amount with a business that is honest, but not here.

The Best Motel is a very nice Motel. well furnished roomsThis Motel was wonderful! The aminities were great. The rooms are great. Highly recommend this to any one wanting to stay in downtown Eugene. The location was great and very accessible to everything.
