We didn't stay here, but we did go on the ghost tour. If we go back here, I want to stay here and request a 'special' room where activity is common. I highly recommend the ghost tour. A lot of history information is obtained. I also have a lot of photos with 'orbs' in them. I have never had any pics with orbs in them before going to Eureka Springs.
We loved it, it is exciting knowing a little of the background history. I was nervous about staying overnight but when we got there we were relaxed and really enjoyed ourselves. The tour was awesome, I got some unexplained pictures and the next time I visit I'll bring them along. The girls where I work are planning a weekend visit. B.Hall

The room was so dirt I did not want to touch anything. They say they have spent millions of dollar on renovations. They still have a long way to go. We checked out and went to stay at a B&B Angel at Rose Hall. Very nice.
Our stay was more than interesting! It is said that this particular hotel is haunted, I'm not sure that is what I would call it. However, it is clean, the staff is friendly, and we enjoyed our stay.
I think this hotel is over priced. The room was not very clean and the balcony was not private. Some of the staff were very snotty. However, There are some things I really liked. I am an animal person. THis hotel allows pets and even has a few cats running around the hotel. The spa is really nice. The food was okay (Over priced and over hyped at ...
The Crescent is an original by far. When you go for a visit, there are a couple of things that should not be missed....1)the Sunday Champagne Brunch and 2) the Ghost tour.
Service was ok but the room (#203) was tacky. The door knob kept falling off. The marble top on the nightstand was cracked in half. The mattress had a big stain on the side that looked like a dog had hiked his leg. The carpets were dirty. The pillows were like pancakes and when we called and requested additional pillows it took 3 1/2 hrs to get ...

Well when we pulled up to the hotel for the first time it was awsome in stature. I couldn't believe how big the place was. there's one catch it's haunted for real. Don't take my word for it ,stay there yourselves. When you make the reservations online, and they ask for preferences put a haunted room one is #317.

Sadly disappointed!

I was expecting a charming, well-maintained older hotel. The actual location was lovely with a fabulous view from the Baker Lounge on the 4th floor! However,I was immediately turned off by the old, very dirty shag carpeting in our room. I kept my shoes on to avoid walking on it in my bare feet! The window air conditioner blew right on the bed at my ...

Well, I gotta tell ya. I would not ever go back. When I called to book my two night stay for me and my husband, I asked if there were any packages we would qualify for. I was told no. After making my reservations, I explored the internet. And found several package deals I would be qualified for. I printed out the info and presented it to the ...
