From the descriptions we read about this hotel, we looked forward to our arrival but were very disappointed when we got there. It's very run down and deserted not to mention located quite far from the downtown area. We hoped to be able to walk places but had to drive everywhere. The only good thing about our experience was the breakfast.

The pool is nice, and the breakfast is good.
The maintance could be improved. The service was average. Good location to the downtown. The hotel is pet friendly.

linens were threadbare, towels had holes, TV was dying & A/C gave me a terrble allergy attack. Lobby & pool area are nice...too bad that didn't carry over to the rooms. Even the Bennigan's attached to the complex was bad!

We loved the oasis like feeling of the central
courtyard. Our room faced onto it and we felt like we were in a garden rather than a hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the chance to relax between our other activities. The free breakfast was a nice extra. We have family in Tucson so we'll definitely be back to the Riverpark Inn.
