I stayed at the Sierra Suites in March of 2006 for 2 weeks. Best thing about it was the Breakfast! The rooms were nice and clean and the staff cleaning my room was thorough, yet very quick. I was satisfied with this hotel. the price was right and included a small breakfast. The free high-speed service was a plus. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone spending time in the Sierra Vista area.

Sierra Suites is an adequate hotel. Some staff members are not very hospitable. The place is fairly clean. It can be noisy in rooms near the pool and front desk during the summer and they need new curtains because the ones they have do not block out much sunlight if you want to sleep in.

What I didn't like about Sierra Suites is the hospitality. The people particularly when I made reservations were short, snotty and seemed bothered by having to make my reservation. They also didn't seem interested in answering questions I had about the room. Not a good first impression.
We had a great time at your motel but we felt that check in was very slow and when we called for maintanace they were very rude and they smelled bad but there was a high point and that was you house keeping staff was kind and prompt.... Whoever there boss is I think that person should get a raise ...Thacks for your hospitality...
