Renovation is in order. The cost to stay is way over priced. Access to the rooms beach front is a bit of a chore. We will not be staying here again.

The room had a musty old smell, and furniture and deco was outdated. Pool had no style at all, the jacuzzi was very old and very plain. Ad states there is a tennis court???? Where is that hidden? There are also rodents by the rooms and bats. Won't see me there again.

It was clean. The room was like new. No waiting in crazy launch ramp lines to get in or out. It's location is right on the water front and on the island. Beautiful!

We stayed at Nautical Inn last year and are coming back again next month. We love the private beach and love leaving our jetskis right on the beach, where we can see them from our room. Room and amenities were nice and everything was clean. Staff was friendly and accomodating. My kids spent our entire vacation playing on the beach last year! ...

We were hoping to have a wonderful time Labor Day weekend with my husband and new boat. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the room and entire hotel was dirty and old. We actually checked out a day early and gave up the money we spent on our third night just to get out of this place. Thanks but no thanks!

We had to be moved twice after 10 pm because of leaky ceilings. Water poored from above soaking everything. The location was nice.
