Friendly staff, clean hotel and room, clean large pool, free wireless internet, close to major highways and close to everything we were interested in.
What more can I say? I would definately stay here again. Try it, you'll like it!

Very nice, clean, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, good shower, WONDERFUL hot tub and pool - everything we want in a hotel room. Would definitely recommend and will certainly come back.

Room and bathroom were immaculate with updated furnishings (bed was the most comfortable I've slept on @ a hotel) and linens. The towels were thick and fluffy--like you would expect to find in a 5+ star hotel. Rooms had a large (for hotel) fridge, microwave, coffee maker, FREE internet, cable TV.

The public areas were also as impressive. ...

I've been here about a year ago and was not impressed. But this trip was different. The hotel has had a lot of renovation and is beautiful! Things are now nice and clean and looks great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location for going almost anywhere in the phoenix area. Definitely worth the money - although their rates are very reasonable.

My husband and I had a horrible experience here. The room was nice and the staff that worked at night was nice. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room by bolting the inside door and exiting the back door. (You can't enter through the back door, just exit, and the maintenance can't open the back door either.) I realized this before ...

We traveled from California for a week vacation. This was a great place to stay. I would recommend it highly to anyone. We are looking foward to visiting gain.

Excellent location, excellent restaurant facilities, as is the pool and workout room.
The elevator was fast enough for me! The staff was seemed OK to me, but I don't ask for the moon. Some of the staff seem to be non-english speaking, so their lack of response may be mis-interpreted as rudeness, but they are really not rude. I cannot ask for much more than they have to offer. Just staying there, not buying the place!

access to room was by dirty stairwell or tired elevator. Room smelled of mold and bathroom stained and unclean. Kitchen insufficient. Bedroom next to non-stop loud freeway traffic. Main door looked like it had been kicked in. Smoke detector was ripped out and some lightbulbs out and no phone.

The staff is wonderful ! They make you feel like a royalty. The prices are reasonable and the room was very clean. The front desk clerks always went out of the way to assist us with our needs.
I would highly recommend this hotel !
