Loved how it was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the drinks at social hour were a treat!

needed a lot of repairs,smelled musty. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Seemed very crowded. traffic kept us up at night.Trying to compete with Embassy Suites but falls way short. Cheap motel, not so cheap prices.

If you are ever in the area this hotel is the perfect place to stay! Right across the street from AZ Mills Mall, it's located central to just about everything. The staff was very helpfull and the free social hour was great! they even have bbq grills for guest use outside the cafe right by the pool. I will definately stay there anytime I'm in town. Very pleased! Oh and they have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!

The Innsuites provides amenities that are usually found in more upscale hotels, including a comfortable bed, hot breakfast buffet, evening social hour, refridgerators, microwaves, coffee in the room, and suites. It is an excellent value for the budget conscious traveler.

Hotel staff refused to honor the advertised price in the 2006 Entertainment book. When reservations were made we were told the price would be honored.
