This hotel is very good compare to other bestwestern hotels that we had visited in our trip. I think it can considered as 4 -5 stars. There is a fun family center, the rooms are very clean and comfrtable, and the restaurants are nice.
The bartender/waitress was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry ANYWHERE. I have traveled quite a bit and never been treated the way I was treated at this hotel. There was only one man in the whole place that was actually friendly and seemed to care at all about the guest experience. The overall customer service at the ...

Room was not available until after 4pm, but was clean and pretty big. I would avoid the Hotel's "Fine Dining" establishment Coronado Room - horrible service and mediocre, overpriced food.
My Family and I spent 2 days at this hotel. This place was clean the service was great. The game room was a plus the kids enjoyed that. I enjoyed the free breakfast I would say that the breakfast alone saved my family 20 to 30 dollars a day. It was in a great location one mile from the Grand Canyon. You could walk to Mcdonalds, Pizza Hut and a few ...

The room looked like it had not been vacuummed in a while and the bathroom was lacking soap in the shower and an extra roll of toilet paper. The toilet got plugged and it took several phone calls to get it fixed. Great hotel location, fun game room and nice continental breakfast (need more tables), but just vacuum the rooms and stairways more.

A great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/22/05
When my family went to the Grand Canyon we stayed at this Best Western. We were very pleased with the services and the staff was excellent. Our room, I was told, was excellent for the price that was paid. They had a bowling alley, salon and restaurant that were all very nice, as well as a gym and a great pool. We would definately go back!

Place was clean and confortable. The drive to the Grand Canyon is not bad.The only problem is that we were there in March and the places to shop and eat are few and OVER PRICED.There really is on complaint with the Best Western, but you really are a captive audiance when you are in the area of the Grand Canyon.Do not expect to get any bargins there.
