This lady was so polite, helpful and patient. She didn't have that nasty attitude that you normally encounter when going to a hotel. I would definately stay here again! I hope Quality Inn realizes what a valuable employee they have with her.

The only thing that I didn't like was no elevators.

The room was dirty:hair IN the bed, hair on the bathroom floor, coffee pot not cleaned after last use, bed bugs under matress pad. We called the front desk to tell them that there was hair on the sheets and bed bugs under the covers; they brought new sheets and sat them on the writing table! Very clean nice location, Friendly staff clean rooms. Highly recommend this Hotel. Very nice breakfast included with room. Very nice big pool. Beds were so comfortable. Will stay here again.
