I have been coming to pigeon forge since i was a small child right at 40 years, and i have never stayed in a nicer place than the National Parks resort lodge. the employee's are friendly, and make you and your family feel so welcome.this is where i bring my family now to enjoy the smokies and will continue to do so for a long time. the font desk clerk said she did not know when our room would be ready. she said it could be 3:00 4:00 she could not say. this tells me they want my money but I have to do things when they say. I am the guest and wheather I am treated right or not determines if I come back or not.The carpet had trash beside the bed and the bathroom was half cleaned.the bathroom is in great need of remodling.they seem so dirty.

I live three hours from Pigeon Forge, and my family and I travel there five times a year or more. We always stay at National Parks. Sunday night specials have been as low as $19.95 in the off season. There is a wonderful indoor pool and hot tub. They are very family friendly (game room) and have lots of nice places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. It is definately the best bang for your buck!!!

To call and wake us up at 12:30AM to move our truck to another area of the parking lot is very petty.
Manager did not want to help solve the problem with the parking.
Will not go back!!!

I like the rooms because they are large and pleasantly furnished. It has a microwave and refrigertor that comes in handy for drinks and snacks.I like sitting on the balcony soaking in that great fresh Smoky Mountain air. We have tried other places but they just don't compare. We have been staying here so many years it seems like home. Also there are so many non-smoking rooms. Our rooms always smell fresh.

close to every thing piegon forge, and dolly wood, nice indoor pool and spa. I will visit again. The rooms were very nice although the room could have been beter stocked with soaps and shampoos.

The Service Was Great. Beds were soft. Pool was big and cool.Hotel was around alot of cool places to eat and to go shop. Not far from dollywood and splash country.
