My husband & I stayed at this hotel & it was very affordable & nice looking! The staff was very friendly & helpful! Also was in a great location! Would recommend to anyone!

Entered the hotel lobby and it looked great, one of the nicer ones I've seen.
Went to our room and it was a disappointment.
Mattresses - one looked like a sliding board on one side, the other actually made you roll to the middle of the bed when you slept. Pillows were very flat & the same as nothing.

I really like staying here. We have stayed here 3 time this year.. And have enjoyed it every time. It is clean, comfortable and we loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

WE WHERE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL THAT WE COULD LET OUR PUPPY STAY WITH US AT BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER CAN'T LEAVE HER AT HOME ALONE. THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL TO STAY AT AND THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY TO EVERYONE. IF YOU HAVEN'T STAYED THERE GIVE IT A TRY. THE HOTEL AND ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN.

We stayed at this hotel for a short weekend getaway since Pigeon Forge is a major tourist attraction that is only about a two hour drive from my home. It was really nice...the staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were always clean! I highly recommend staying here!

We arrived at 4:30pm and left to enjoy Pigeon Forge. Before we did, we turned up the AC and closed the drapes. When we returned, the room was still 80+ degrees! When we called the front desk, they said maintenance was on the way... they never showed up. We called twice about a fan... it never showed up.
