Great location, service, and very clean. WE love the Crowne! They always make our visit so pleasant and that's why we keep coming back. It was our 5th year anniversay this year and when we checked in they gave us a suite upgrade at no extra charge. The Crowne Plaza on Nationwide is by far the best hotel in Columbus.

The hotel overall is excellent. The service was outstanding. The only thing lacking was the size of the rooms. I felt cramped. If the rooms could just be larger, it would be a 5 star rating.

Our room was average, nothing to fancy. However, there was something wrong with our TV- the overall color was horrible and the picture was blurry.

When I took a shower, the bath tub would not drain so I ended up standing in ankle-deep water. 3 hours later, the water was still in the tub.

Just about everything that could have happended happened. First of all, the hotel was under renovation, which wasn't great. I spent one night at the Crowne Plaza hotel while on a business trip to Columbus. The service was second to none and the cleanliness of the room was one that I rarely see. Truely a diamond in the rough.

I loved this place in particular becuase of the way you feel when you first walk into it. You feel very welceomed there, almost as if it was home!

It right and downtown, for the clubs and sights... It is a great time, and good location to see the city. From cabs to buses, you will be able to go anywhere.
