09-10-09 to 09-17-09 was the third time we stayed at the "Belle". First two were fine but this time it was terrible. The carpets and walls in our rooms and corridors were absolutely filthy and in need of either paint or new wall paper. The housekeepers made the beds and removed dirty linen but did not vacuum, replace tissues or soap. ...

This visit to Laughlin we did not stay at the Belle but we did play and eat there. The casino paid fair but we never have a lot of luck gambeling, the food was good as always and reasonablely priced.

Even on the trips where we don't stay at the Belle we always play there and enjoy ourselves.

I LIKE THIS PLACE ALOT. MY SON AND I HAVE GONE 6 YEARS IN A ROW AFTER HIS LAST DAY OF SCHOOL EACH YEAR. EACH YEAR WE GOT A FREE ROOM WHICH WAS REALLY NICE. We were driving to California from Indiana. We had our 16yr old granddaughter with us and thought it would be fun for her to visit here. We called ahead and ask about swimming pools. They stated yes they had pools but they neglected to say that the pools were closed for private parties. We wouldn't have stay if she couldn't amuse herself. We won't be going back. We found this hotel dirty, sheets were not white-smelled funny-.

This is the absolute WORST hotel in Laughlin.We reserved 10 rooms in the Orleans tower for memorial day weekend, and they promised us that they were all together and had nothing to worry about. WRONG!!!
