me and my parents have been going to laughlin for years now and the colorado belle has become the worst! example checking in two people there to help and line was backed up then we had to wait two hours for our room. then the food was terrible and no manager anywhere to talk to and when we finally got our room the keys would not work.

I like what they have done to the Colorado Belle in recent years, but (even in the upgraded room we were in) the rooms need serious renovation. New walls, floors and ceilings are needed as the current ones seem at least 20 years old.

The casino and restaurants, on the other hand, were adequate.

The pool area would be a lot nicer if they fixed the falls going into the pool, which I have never seen working.
