  • I will never stay at this hotel again. Ever.

    The pool was not in working order and was closed. Management wasn't willing to do anything for us even though I had verified that they had an indoor heated pool when I made the reservation. The kids were devastated.

    The "breakfast buffet" (that was $10 per/person) included waffles that looked delicious - but, you had to cook them ...

  • Family-friendly winter weekend hotel

    Family-friendly on weekends; great place for kids to swim in winter. Staff is very accommodating. Nice lounge area for large groups. Only down-side is the surrounding area, which is typical un-walkable suburban sprawl but OK for mid-winter stays.
