We purchased our timeshare here many years ago about eight or so when it was under construction. We love it at Surfside and the staff is always available to us. It is the perfect Cape Cod location. We own three other timeshares in other locations, but we always use our Surfside week as our July week at the beach. We would never trade our week for anywhere else !! It is a beautiful property as well as the other 2 InnSeason propertys in Falmouth The HarborWalk and the Captians Quarters... We are owners and we absolutely love it! Highly recomended!

When outside doors show evidence of being jimmied open, door frames show rust, the interior furnishings are best described as cheap, hall rugs stained and in some places torn, and the exterior paint is peeling off, we're not going to be returning there. There's only provision for dial up internet connection, at $.75 a call!

Although the beach area isn't the best, it is quite nice. The room we stayed in was terrific for our stay. The family had tons of fun there, along with the outdoor and indoor pool.

The ocean is all around and is so peaceful. We own 4 timeshares in wonderful Falmouth. I love the people that work at the resort. They are friendly and effecient.
