the customer service was horrible they didn't even provide room service and then they had the nerve 2 overcharge my card 4 times and sent me through 5 days of hassel before returning my phone call and another 24 hrs before returning my money i wouldn't recommend this hell hole 2 my worst enemy

Staff greeted us warmly when we check in, but upon entering our room, we discovered a number of problems. The beds were rumpled, the floors were dirty, coffee pot was used, dirty cups and linens were on vanity, other peoples' key cards were still left on desk, hair was visible in bathtub, and phone wouldn't work. Well when I got here I was put in a smoking room not knowing this.When I asked to be switched to a non smoking room they said they didn't have any.There are literally like 6 cars here.The room is disgusting and smells bad.Carpet needs cleaned badly as well as deodorized or something.Pool is nice but excercise room is tucked away in a little room with no tv and no radio. But hotel is in a great location but so are several other nice hotels.
Our experience at Comfort Inn was excellent. The staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating. The clean rooms were a delight. The complimentary breakfast and local paper at the door of the room each morning was an extra bonus. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Lexington!
