We liked the privacy, the food and coffee, the shuttle to the trains and the staff who were so kind, helpful and friendly. We were treated very well and the staff went out of their way to accomodate all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Chicago is a beautiful city and Arlington Heights was a clean, safe town near the city. Thanks to the staff at HI Express, Arlington Heights!!!!

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. you are near close by the airport. i would stay here again.

There are so many hotels in this area, its hard to know where to go! This Holiday Inn Express has everything the rest have - hi speed, free breakfast, shuttle van, etc... BUT, the difference is the people - what a great staff, they really made it feel like home! Thanks alot, guys!
