The front desk clerk was excellent! She was very friendly and was well trained in customer service. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The restaurant a.m. service was horrible. It was like the waitress did not want to be bothered waiting on customers.Security was on task here also. A wonderful Hotel experience.

Before I went to this place I took a look at all the other reviews. Some good some really bad, so I got nervious. The place is very clean, meaning I slept in the bed without thinking something was crawling on me. Location for the sox EXCELLENT (walking dist). I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend 2004 and I will not return.
First, the hallway in the 'non-smoking' section smelled of cigarettes.
I began sneezing when I sat on the bed, sneezing harder when I lifted the sheets to inspect it, to find a graying mattress pad and no plastic cover on the mattress. I slept on top of outer sheets.
The staff was unattentive ant my restaurant waitress never returned with my change either.

It is a nice hotel needs some work
but everyone was very nice and good food also
will stay there next time in in town

We arrived in Ft Myers in the morning and were told they would not like anyone check inn before 3:00PM even if a room is ready. So we had to spend most of the day in the car.

The Hotel staff was helpful when needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
