This hotels location is great. Not happy with the front desk staff at check in. Very rude & did not listen. Tried to explain how many pieces of luggage I had & how many stickers I needed for each piece. (they give out tags & stickers with numbers on them to keep track) She actually argued with me, obviously she couldn't count. Room was OK. Not coming back!!!!!

Our family of 4 stayed there in May 2008. This hotel is just across the street to the main entrances to both parks. No other hotels can beat this great location (other than The Grand Californian Hotel which is inside the California Park). Our standard room was bigger than I expected. This was my first time staying off Disney's property and I think this motel may be closer to Disneyland than the Disney hotels. The room was nice, big and clean. The beds are pretty comfortable.
The A/C wasn't great it got a little stuffy in the room at times.
Parking is a bit tight but it works and it's free.
I will stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family.

we stayed for four nights in october 2007-we were very pleased-we arrived early but they gave us a room right away-front desk was always nice and helpful-woman that ran the gift shop was also very friendly-special thanks to woman at front desk that had long brown hair and wore glasses-sorry didn't catch her name but she was great.

We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. We have 4 kids and the hotel room was spacious enough to fit all of us, the pool was nice and it was always clean. This hotel had the best staff I have ever had. They were exceptionally helpful every time we asked for help. We (seven of us) stayed there four nights at the beginning of June 2007 and had a grand time. It was so convenient to go back and forth to Disneyland Park because of the location of the hotel. I will definitely go there again.

Very convenient location near Disneyland Park just across light. Continental breakfast was ok. Room was little small but clean. Front desk was helpfull and courteous.Will recommend this place to our friends.

You cannot beat the location for your trip to Disneyland. It takes less time to get to your hotel room than it takes to get to your car in the parking garage. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is pretty good, and the staff are wonderful.
