The General Manager if you want to call him that was the biggest jerk that I have ever come accross. Worst Hotel ever.

Says that pets ARE allowed but they ARE NOT.... LIARS

I hope the rooms for a general stay are nicer than the ones given to AAA members.
We were given a room on the fourth floor looking at the back of another business and an embankment. The room was lackluster, like a jailcell. I wouldn't sit on the sofa and slept in our clothes, questionable change of sheets.
The shower was slow.
Come 2:30 am ...

Noise level on the first floor is unacceptable. We came in late and all we wanted to do was sleep. We did not want to call them to tell them that the people next door to us were nosiy. We just wanted to sleep.

They did not clean the room. They did come by twice, but we told them to come later. Then they did not come at all.

Front desk manager was abrupt and disrespectful. He held the room hostage until the last appropriate time to release. I was tempted to cancel my reservations after interacting with this covertly rude service provider. Presents an extremely poor image for this hotel.

We got a free ticket for the buffet aqnd it wasn't worth it. The rooms were nice, clean including the bathrooms.
The service was fine. The hotel is located on the hill of Simi so it has a nice view. Right next to freeway entrance.
