I visited Lake Nakuru Lodge in September, we stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely comfortable cabin facing the Lake in the distance, we were on the edge of the Park, the staff were very helpful, the food good, and it was nice to sit in the outside bar at night and watch the entertainment.I cant understand why some people write negative reports, what ...
My husband and I stayed there recently in September,07 and we were very impressed with the facility. The crowning touches were the huge fireplace in the bar area and being able to have lunch whilst watching the incredible wild animals frolic on the lawn almost within touching distance. I have stayed here twice and both the times it was really good. The service is excellent, the food is very good and the staff were very courteous. We had a wonderful experience staying here. We saw white rhinos, a leopard, a small pride of lions, lota of buffollos, and of course, thousands of flamingos. The kids will simply love this place... A MUST SEE place !!

I would go back to the lodge, as the grounds were beautiful, but I wasn't as impressed as I was with other lodges in Kenya.
