The hotel is not worth staying at. The rooms don't get cleaned very well. I had something stolen out of my room, my digital camera and the hotel did nothing and also a friend found a maid going through her personal pictures. The work out room is ok. They always have some kind of function going on during the weekend so there are usually lots of kids running around.

Booked room for son & new bride's wedding night as a gift. Requested early check-in and late check-out. Staff was very gracious & professional. The staff knew the circumstances and gave them an upgrade w/o requesting it. Very pleased with the room and all services. Excellent employees!!

Hotel is sophisticated. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that the view from our room was the roof of the hotel. Pipes and vents, etc. But overall I would recommend it to everyone. One of the best in Newport News. Look forward to going back.

The Omni is one of the best hotels in the area. It is convenient to the interstate highway. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very clean and nice, and the food in Mittys resturaunt is very good. I would recommend this hotel to any travelers in the Newport News Va. area.

I've stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in January for the past four years. It's a great place, nice rooms, clean etc etc. The hotel must attract business travelers as the hotel is pretty much empty on the weekends.

My fiancee and I stayed here for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful time. The restaurant is great! Very romantic. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. We like it so much, we're staying at the Omni on our honeymoon!
