The beds were really bad, uncomfortable. The hotel needs an update, looks worn. The pool is worn and a little dirty, as does the hot tub. The main lobby is nice, with a nice fire going in the winter time. Dinner was ok,the atmosphere was nice.Breakfast was at best acceptable. Just better than a Comfort Inn.

We stayed this past July for a week. Location is great, close to N. Conway but away from the crowds. Room was OK, restaurant was outstanding. Nice to be able to walk over to golf course
