    I stay at this motel whenever I am in Woodland Hills. It is always clean, and the owners are always very nice and helpful. I would choose this over the Ritz Carlton any day.

    No fleas, yet truely a fleabag motel. Price is right, but don't stay here, unless a low price is your only concern.
