Have stayed at the Tranquil House on two occasions...both times the stay was simply delighful. Quiet, relaxing, and delighful atmosphere is what the stay is all about. Rooms are so nicely furnished...not your typical "hotel" room!

I've stayed at Tranquil House many times over the last ten years. Lovely inn, great location, nice people. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms very clean. Afternoon complimentary wine and cheese on the deck overlooking the Shallowbag Bay is very relaxing. Restaurant excellent. My only complaint is no elevator.
