I'm happy with the hotel and staff, but not happy that the guy in the next room's cell phone keeps ringing and he's not answering it. I can hear him talking and the occasional cough, I can hear his TV, and I can hear his phone ringing unanswered. I would be much happier if the walls were thicker, or if he'd just turn off his phone.
