This hotel is old and dirty. Their "NO SMOKING" room was reaking of smoke but staff disregarded our concerns offered us to move to a smaller room or a different hotel. But did not acknowledge the smoke. It was so bad that we ended up staying only for a few hours.... DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Waste of money.

I did like the location. I wanted to go to Splash Lagoon and that it was connected was great. The flip side to that is that you had to walk through the Residence Inn from Splash Lagoon to get to the hotel and there were no elevators for luggage. I went with a group of kids and they could have used a lift for at least the luggage.

Clean rooms, a good continental breakfast, and a friendly staff made my stay at the comfort inn very pleasurable. My only complaint was the lack of elevator.

I was staying here for a conference and they helped us with everything! We did not have printer access so they allowed us to use their printer back in their office so we could complete projects. They went out of their way to give us anything we needed.

We stayed one weekend and decided to take a swim in the brand new pool. The water was freezing! It is supposed to be heated. Horrible experience. The room was o.k. but the price wasn't.
