DisappointmentWhen I called, I asked if there were two bedrooms in the suite.. They said yes. To me that means "TWO" bedrooms.. Not a couch and a bedroom..

We would go backPros: Nice location. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast, included made to order pancakes, omelettes and more. Was nice to have complementary snacks and water in room.

Bad experience,don't go there! especially in 2007When we got there, our reserved room was not available (remember that we are already charged for the 1st night), but the front desk did not even inform us.

Good optionWe stayed at the Embassy Suites for a friend's wedding.
An early disappointment was we couldn't check in early though we had requested it. However, the staff was super friendly about it and notified us immediately when the room became available.

Will stay again!Excellent service, clean rooms, quiet, and relaxing. Front desk helped me reserve a room and was very helpful. Excellent happy hour too. Very close to businesses in San Rafael. Satisfactory but...There's no doubt that this Embassy Suites has a wonderful location overall. Just a short walk away is a lovely pond and public park with picnic areas and easy walking path. Great Film Crew LocationOur production sent us here to do some filming. Marin is beautiful and so out of the ordinary. So, was the hotel.
