I worked for this company for 1 year and i loved it and i also stayed as a customer with this company and had no complaints.. Just wanted to say thank you for the oppurtunity for being employed and being a satisfied customer..

My family stayed at the site on Hickman Rd in Des Moines and was very satisfied. We made a reservation at the hotel the night before because of a family crisis but the hotel only had a small suite remaining next to the lobby.

To our surprise, there was a soccer team staying there and the kids were all very loud and could be heard trampling up ...

We had a problem at the hotel and were treated shabbily, disrespectfully, by both the management and later by their corporate office.

Do not believe the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

One thing I can't stand when I read these reviews is people compairing a $ 2 or 3 star facility with a 4 or a 5 star facility.. You get what you pay for. The rooms are clean, its close to the airport and surrounding attractions in the area. And its a value for your buck. If you can afford $120 a night hotel don't expect silk sheets and embossed towels, you are not getting the Hilton, but it is a good place to stay, and its clean.
