Stayed there on a Friday and Saturday evening. Had the Oriental whirlpool suite.

1. Service was excellent. Very friendly.

the walls must have been very thin- could hear talking , doors open and shut noisely, showers running next door- when I mentioned this to the clerk at check-out , he didnt seem to care-toomuch money for this stay! worst best western we stayed at. we checked the Irish hotel next door- very nice - has a nice restaraunt and pub that we used-this will be our next Galena hotel stay!

Only rooms left were the “theme suites”. We have stayed in suites before and this is not a suite. The room had a hot tub that did not look inviting. The bed was bad, needed new mattress. The bathroom door was warped and didn’t close tight. Spiders in the bathtub overall didn’t look very clean. We found food crumbs and candle ...

We liked the pool alot. The beds were horrible. For what you pay they should have decent beds.The mattresses to me needed replacing. Their ad says they are queen sized.Also they use not fitted sheets for the bed and it the sheets kept coming undone. To me they were a double. Also our air conditioning kept freezing up and we were uncomfortable at ...

The room was nice, but I wish we would have went up the road a few miles and saved some money. No nicer than the Super 8 we stayed at the next night for $59. Like I said room was nice and at that point of the evening we were ready to crash. They called them "suites", but seemed about like any other motel to me.

Clean nice, just pricey for what it was. Later in the week we stayed at a Marriott for $79..?? No comparison.

This was a great place to stay. I was very impressed with the size of the rooms. They were Huge! After 3 nights stay the beds were still plenty comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool was inviting and warm even in winter!
In my personal opinion, the only thing that could use improvement is for the lobby to be a little bigger, and more of a selection added to the continental breakfast.
