Upon opening the door to my club floor room I realized that it was already occupied. The confusion among the kids at the front desk was astonishing. After finally getting me a room for my two night reservation, I was told the following morning that I would have to check out because the room was not available. I had to work this out while in business meetings during the day. The staff seems untrained.
