I went expecting less than what we recieved. This was well worth all they offered and far above what I thought would be. My wife, who is very hard to please when staying in most places, found this hotel satisfactory and would too stay again given the chance. Within walking distance to everything we hoped to see. Ann Frank's place, train station, etc. Staff and other vacationers were very nice and pleasant to talk to.

The rooms were clean and comfortable; all the necessities readily available. The front desk staff weren't particularly warm but certainly could not be considered rude. For the price we paid for a night(99 euros), my husband and I weren't expecting very much, but we were surprised to see how well located was the hotel and how good was the breakfast.

The staff was very kind and the only drawback is the size of the room, that was yet, clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed the Avenue very much. The service was very good. The people very helpful. The location is excellent. Very close to Centraal Station, however, I walked almost everywhere. I am looking forward to staying there again.

I thought the hotel was clean, cosy, friendly & situated near the heart of everything. I especially found to breakfast was excellent as my boyfriend doesn't eat pork & the sausages were chicken.
We are planning going back in the near future.
