The front desk service was good. The rooms were ok but not great. Seemed like the carpet needed to be cleaned and the bathrooms updated. Also, made two phone calls for more towels and never got them. Next time we make a trip to Laughlin we will be staying somewhere else.

A group from work recently took a trip tp laughlin. we were there Fri.-Sun. On Fri. two ladies walked in to our room while i was unpacking. I called the front desk and they told me I needed to get out. Finally after an hour we settled things, so I thought. The slot machines do not pay out, the pool is freezing cold, could not even bring your cooler down to the pool area to get away from the rip off slots.
just got back on the 2nd of June.

Didn't care for much of anything. Ran into problems from the getgo! booked into a smoking room after confirming a non smoking. Front desk staff not helpful and quite curt. Rooms dirty, carpets horrid. Garbage everywhere. Majority of machines not up and running when we arrived. There would have to be major upgrades before we would return. Very disappointing

You can have a great time here with las vegas fun without spending the big bucks. Room service is good and affordable and the selection of food in the resturants are from very casual to semi fancy

The location is beautiful, and we always feel at home. Our favorite thing about the rooms at the flamigo has to be the view from our rooms. The full windows are wonderful. We always enjoy our ...

The VIP breakfast is A number one. The slot club is tops. They treat us like we are important to their business.Wish they had more of the newer slots not of the penny type.

This was my first visit to the Flamingo Laughlin and I was very displeased with the service. They had guaranteed me a crib for my toddler when I had made my reservation, but when I got there, they "ran out". I had to make several phone calls to housekeeping to resolve the situation. I never did get a crib during my stay, only a roll away ...
I SPEND THE WEEKEND WITH MY ENTIRE FAMILY IN LAUGHLIN, I WAS TOLD THAT THE FLAMINGO HOTEL WAS NOT SO BAD AS WHAT I HAD SEEN IN THE REVIEWS. WELL LET ME START BY SAYING THEY GAVE ME A ROOM WITH A NON WORKING DOOR, THE KEY DIDNT WORK AND AFTER 2 HOURS OF GOING UP AND DOWN THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM. THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY, NASTY. I ...
