This hotel was amazing! My sister and I drove 10 hours to get there and I must say we were not disappointed. Besides the room being extremely clean it smelled really nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The location was great because we love to eat and shop and we were just minutes away from Lenox Mall and all kinds of restaurants. We were very pleased and can't wait to come back!

To Team Hyatt..you guys were amazing! My husband and I drove up 5 hrs to end up at the WRONG HYATT HOTEL but you guys were so accomadating and helpful. Needless to say, you guys found room at the inn :) The room was so comfortable and relaxing. Don't know the last time we slept so well. Thank you for such an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

Good location, just a short drive to Lenox Mall and many other shopping places. Room was very clean, service was also very good.
Hotel car will take you where you need to go in a 2 mile radius. We needed to make a trip to a pharmacy, late at night, because we needed medication for a sick child, and the driver quickly got us there and back. Room service was a little pricey, but overall would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom roomy with nice amenities. The gym here is the nicest I've seen, with great cardio machines, both regular towels and others on ice. The locker rooms are well stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner, and other toiletries, as well as sauna and steam room. Everything is very clean there, as well.

Stayed over the New Year. I really enjoyed the beds, breakfast area, exercise room with tv inside the equipment and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and everyone was very pleasant and always helpful and had a smile on their faces.

Everyone at the Grand Hyatt was very nice and helpful. I attended a concert in GA and we choose the Grand Hyatt as our hotel. Before staying there, I had no opinion of this particular place. I hadn't heard anything good or bad. Long story short, we had a BLAST and I can't wait to go back!! Super nice place!!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I Like the food the work room the bed and the luxiorous chairs the food was so delicous that it made me faint and the service was wonderful

the room and hotel in general was excellent. the bathroom featured a heated mirror that didn't fog up after a shower, the bed was comfortable (but the linens fell a bit short of my expectations), and the room was huge. the fitness room was outstanding and included top-notch cardio machines and weights. the bar/lounge was pretty good and offered huge shots for a good price.

my only complaint is a lack of free wirelss access.
