    It's a great hotel in a great location! Everything was wonderful except for the construction on each side of the hotel - made it a littel noisy and dusty!

    The cleanliness of the room is a good starting point when talking about the Grand Hyatt Atlanta. The staff, including housekeeping and room service do such a wonderful job of making your stay enjoyable and relaxing.   • Grand, all right

    Of course it is ggrand-everything about it is upscale and very expensive. Get ready to pay a very high price for everything here, from the room to the food at the restaurant. Especially the room service is very expensive. Sometimes you get what you pay for though, and this may well be one of those times if you are looking for something special.

    Excellent location for shopping and eating out. Very close to Lennox Mall, and Phipps Plaza. Also, very close to Buckhead resturants and bars. In addition, you can find all sorts of fun activity close by like Centenial Park, CNN Center, and Under Ground.

    Luxurious! The service was excellent. Best hotel bed I have ever slept in!!!!! Romm was imaculate.

    Five stars!!!! Food was excellent. Atmosphere was outstanding.

    I LOVE THE LOCATION. A BLOCK FROM THE SEXIEST MALL IN AMERICA. GREAT WOMEN, GREAT LOCATION. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO SOME OF THE MOST HOTTEST NIGHT SPOTS IN ATLANTA.

    Every visit the staff make you feel as if you were an A-lister straight off the red carpert. Superb service everytime.Never a frowning face in the house. From sun up to sun down always smiley faces.

    Centrally located. Beautifully decorated. Rooms a little small, but clean. Needed a bistro-type eatery for children and pre-teens. Concierge was quite helpful. Building and construction occurring outside of the hotel which was a little disruptive but overall it was a good stay.

    Courteous but not annoyingly over-familiar staff. Discreet and subdued. Beautiful lounge area that is romantic and allows for a semblance of privacy if you can believe that. Romantic Japanese garden and waterfall in the middle of the city. Lovely at night. The windows in the room should have been larger, and the bath tub was a disappointing regular-size tub. Didn't match up with the rest of the hotel.
