very helpful and nice staff at the hotel, rooms are big and clean and nice with good soaps(crabtree and evelyn). conference rooms and elevator are only a few steps from the ballrooms/conference rooms easy layout, also wheelchair accessible

It was our anniversary and we had a company party to attend. The room we reserved was for a great discounted price through the company. But I would have not paid any more than what we paid after seeing our room. We stayed on the 6th floor. The best part was the bedding. The toilet ran and the sink dripped all nite. The service at this Hilton was great and the complimentary limo service made it even better. The food in the restaurant wasn't the best, but the all American breakfast made up for it. We stayed at this Hilton for a Romance weekend deal which included sparkling vine upon arrival and full breakfast by room service. Considering the high level of service, I think this hotel is a great deal and I have already booked my second trip.

i liked the location speed of arrival departure valet concierge housekeeping services the room was beautiful and very well decorted. the concierge level lounge was superior and the concierge there helped me and my family with everything.

Upon making the reservation I asked 2 simple questions. Do you have an indoor pool and do you have internet in the rooms. The answer to both were yes.

I loved the location. It is easy access to Downtown shops, restaurants, and meetings. The Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant is wonderful. This hotel definitely lives up to the Hilton name.

The hotel connects to everything you will need without even leaving the buildings.

It was a wonderful experience since my husband has mobility limitations and he didn't even had to be expose to undesirable weather.

It had been the best place I had stayed in USA.

The service was superior. We especially took advantage of room service. The location is excellent close to all the right spots downtown and the stadium.
