My wife and I booked this online and got a great price. When we checked in, I got a huge surprise. The room was remarkable. Size for value was incredible. Daily social hour with food and drinks were great. They also offered a daily hot breakfast included in the price. I’d stay here again without a second thought.

I really liked the hotel overall. The surrounding area made me a little nervous, but the hotel itself was nice. My husband, myself and our 3 kids were on vacation visiting carowinds down the road...the hotel was easy to find from there. The night front desk on 1/5 was excellent. even thouhg we had booked at the wrong location, she still helped us in finding a new location if we chose. It was very late and we just stayed. I mentioned that it was my friends birthday and she gave us a upgrade! She was very cheerful and helpful!

Each year my family make a special trip to Charlotte, just a ritual of ours and the hotel stay is what really keeps us coming back. Excellent Service long before it became a Hyatt property so I'm sure this is only going to make it better.
