Stayed in the hotel for more than a month. Found the rooms to be very dusty and the dust was causing me breath lessness. Informed room service many times about it, but it fell on deaf ears. Other staff in the hotel were nice and cordial. Breakfast was the same everyday and food was not so good. Found lot of flies in the buffet breakfast area. Had problems almost everyday with the internet connection.

My daughters and I stayed at your hotel in early June for 5 days and enjoyed our stay very much. It was our first trip to San Francisco and your hotel is located perfectly with great views! Our view of Coit Tower was beautiful. It was very clean and your staff was very curteous and helpful. We will definitely return to San Francisco and to the Hyatt at Fisherman's Whart.

we loved the modern and slightly asian flare of the rooms.comfortable king bed,slept like babies.very very clean.very safe area.everyone was really nice.family and i will be going back soon.close to everything.

We never had to get a car; we walked everywhere because it was in such a great location. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very clean. The beds were amazing..

First of all the location couldn't be beat. Second, the service and personal attention was great! Very clean and contemporary and the bed was very comfortable.

All employees worked very hard and appeared to love their jobs!

The only negative thing is we had a room next to a busy street and that was pretty annoying; otherwise, a very positive experience and would go back in a heart beat.

Like: professional staff, comfortable room space and appointments.
Dislike: A task chair at keyboard/desk is not sufficient, need one additional chair in the room (king size).

I booked a room at the Hyatt for my honeymoon. When I arrived, they had us located in a room with 2 twin beds, rather than a room with 1 king. After I showed the front desk and hotel manager my confirmation with a king bed, I was told nothing could be done. I told them to cancel my reservation and left for another hotel that could be take and hold the proper reservation.

The Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf was in a great location for walking to many of the hot spots around the wharf. It was very clean and appealing to the eye both inside and out. WOnderful experience. Friendly folks, clean, centrally located, lots to do and rooms are very comfortable. Lots to do within walking distance, very quiet at night, no loud noises, great value for your money....
