SERVICE WAS AWFUL. SALES MANAGER WAS RUDE.WENT TO THE BEST WESTERN VERY FRIENDLY VERY CLEAN RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THEY SHOULD UPDATE THE HOTEL......ALSO TRY HIRING PEOPLE WHO CARE AND THAT ARE FRIENDLY.

The location of this hotel makes it an ideal place to stay. It's surrounded by coffee shops, dunkin doughnut a delicious hotel named 99. (which by the way has amazing food.) The only problem is the acual hotel itself, the personal quality is very low, they are very nice most especially when you are needed a travelers object such as a tooth ...

We arrived at the hotel an hour after check in time and was told our room was not ready. We were told that they had too many rooms to clean and if we were that upset that thier is another hotel across the street. Also, I was told that if I got out of line that the next person in line would get the next clean room. We were late to our Wedding. However, the room was neat and clean when I got in it.

It is what it is...inexpensive, and close to the interstate. Rooms are functional and comfortable. That being said, the facility is starting to show its age, and its nearly impossible to find, if you're not familiar with the area. If you just need a place to sleep, this is more than adequate, but just don't expect the Ritz.
