We asked for a small refrigator to place in our room and one was brought up for us. Very friendly staff, we just loved the location; being right across from a big mall!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Excellent hotel, love the bed, a nice place to stay, we didn't expect that luxury in a single bedroom and the staff was very nice too.

I loved the pool and the fitness center. The former was some times a bit cold but they were willing to adjust the temp. Rooms were nice with TVs and a great view into the main courtyard where the restraunt was along with the fountain and bar.

The location was close to my grandchildren whom live in NC. Everyone was so geniully nice. Convinent to everything we needed. The food was excellant as was service. Comfortable, affordable, and relaxing.
